Refund policy

Yes, we provide an unconditional return policy on all products. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied and would like to return your item/s, please contact Retuns@trojanhomeware.com.au or give us a call on 0412 513 771. Items must be returned to our warehouse in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. The costs of return freight and postage will be borne by the buyer. If you have had your item/s assembled and rubbish removed, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.
